Jose provided prompt quality service and is very responsive to customer service requests. He and his employees installed a full irrigation system and provided other gardening services at a very good price. No long delays. No waiting for responses left with an office employee, Jose personally responded immediately and addressed questions and concerns I presented. I would hire him again if needed.
Top Tier installed an irrigation system for me this summer and I couldn't be more pleased with his work, his price, and most importantly, the results. They overseeded my yard when they completed the install and changed sprinkler heads to increase my coverage area and Jose then came back to
